[IRCNews] Still need some hams for Mini-Marathon coverage

Mike, N9FEB, still needs between 3 to 10 more volunteers to work the
Mini-Marathon next Saturday, May 6th.  Volunteers will need to be at their
assigned position by 6 AM and most likely be done by noon.

This is a great event to work, and the benefits are super!  If you haven't
worked a public service event, this is a good one to try, because there are
lots of folks around to help you.
