Word has been received that Bob passed away this morning:

I am sorry to report that Bob, W9PSE passed away this morning at Community
North Hospital.  Bob is the Uncle of Tom Chance , K9XV.  I will let you know
when I hear more about the arrangements.  If you have any questions, please
feel free to call me.  Bob was my Elmer starting back in 1958.  He will be
missed by all of us.
