[IRCNews] November meeting reminder

To all interested in Amateur Radio and related areas:  Don't miss the next
meeting of the Indianapolis Radio Club, this coming Friday, November 9, at
7:30 pm.  There will be an informal social time prior to the meeting,
starting around 7:00.

The meeting is in IVY Tech Building IFC, room 102.  This is the building
just west of last month's meeting location. (See map at

Due to schedule conflicts, our originally scheduled presentation by W9AMT
has been postponed.  However, David, N9KT, and Jim, K9RU, have put together
an excellent presentation on "How to work DX and DXpeditions in the Digital
Age".  This presentation is based on the experience they gained working
VP6D.  This will be an excellent presentation for new hams just getting
started with the digital HF modes, as well as experienced hams looking for
pointers.
