Attention all Hams:

Don't forget this Saturday, May 4, is the Indiana QSO Party (INQP). Even if
you're not a contester, this is a great time to get on the air and make
contacts inside Indiana, and an even greater opportunity to get Indiana on
the air to everywhere! Even though propagation hasn't been the best, you
never can tell. If you don't try, you don't know.

The INQP runs from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, Local Time (UTC: 1500 Saturday to
0300 Sunday). You can work the INQP from your home station, or even better
take a portable station to activate a rare county, or operate mobile. For
all the info on the INQP, point your browser to
http://www.hdxcc.org/inqp/index.html.

Also, along with the INQP, the 7QP (7 call area states), and the New England
QSO Party will be going on at the same time, so there should be lots of
activity on the bands!

Don't forget to submit a log, even if you only make a few contacts. When
submitting your log, unless you're committed to another club, please put the
Indianapolis Radio Club down as your club. Last year, the IRC came in 3rd
in club competition, and that was with only 5 logs submitted. Just think
where we can end up if more folks submit their logs for the IRC!

So, get on the air Saturday, and above all, HAVE FUN!

73,
Ken, KJ9B
