[IRCNews] 3Y0I Postponed - NOT CANCELED

Those of us waiting for Bouvet will have to wait a bit longer.  According to
the DXpedition's web site (https://bouvetoya.org/3yoi-postponed/), the
crew's ship went through a "severe cyclonic storm" on the evening of 26
March, and sustained damage that knocked out the ship's primary
communications and radar.  They are returning to Cape Town to undergo
repairs.  I have not seen an estimate of when they will be able to head out
again.  The web site stressed that the DXpedition is NOT canceled!
