[IRCNews] ARISS Aug 4 & 5

Matt-

The rule of thumb is that you should open your squelch all the way before
the pass. The decoding software will listen and hear the starting tones and
start a new picture automatically.

That was a good picture however for such a low pass. If they do a
certificate, that's good enough to get one. Tomorrow the 2:06pm pass is 71
degrees! You should be able to get a great picture on that pass.

Good to see some of you trying a new ham radio skill!
