One useful tool to have is a Pulse Oximeter. That is the device that the CNA puts on your finger. Normal oxygen levels are 75 to 100. Most of us are in the 90s. If it drops that is a good indicator that you might have respiratory issues.
Krogers has them for $30 and Walmart for $40. Aldi's occasionally has them very cheap.

Dear Indianapolis Radio Club Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am sending out this message to the membership in response to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation.
After you read the rest of this message, if you would like to make a public reply to this email and let everyone know how you are doing that’s great. Otherwise, please send a private response to me (Jeff Hammer, N9NIC, at jghammer1 at comcast.net). If you don’t want anyone to contact you please let us know. Those we don’t hear from will get called by one of the Board members.
--------
We want to make sure that all of you are doing ok. We recognize that the government, school and private business response to the Coronavirus is going to affect everyone differently. We want to share some advice (which we hope you have already heard).
There are a lot of sources of information (not all good). To ensure you are getting trustworthy information, make this your reference site: https://www.in.gov/coronavirus/
Stay in your home/yard. But don’t forget to get fresh air and exercise as that will be important to staying healthy too. Going for a walk, run, or hike, is a great idea as long as you remember not to get too close to other people. For now, Indiana State Parks and other DNR properties are committed to staying open (including campgrounds).
Shop responsibly – hoarding wastes food and other goods preventing others who need them from having enough.
Check on family and friends regularly. Not only is this good for those that may become ill, but it will help with the isolation that some are already starting to feel.
And finally, Stay Healthy and get active on the air as much as you can. Local repeaters are great and so is simplex on 146.52 Mhz and 446.00 MHz, just to name a few.
We look forward to hearing from all of you.
73,
Jeff Hammer, N9NIC
IRC Board Member
