He was always there to share his opinion, as others did. </p><p class="ydpa4b65963yiv9692915348MsoNoSpacing">Richard was active in most of the ham radio assisted operating events such as the Mini Marathon, 500 Festival Parade, ADA Tour-de-Cure, Indpls Half Marathon, along with others.</p><p class="ydpa4b65963yiv9692915348MsoNoSpacing">He hung out on the 146.700 Repeater and was very active with Skywarn, mostly being the liaison from the local net on the 146.760 to the statewide net on the 146.970.</p><p class="ydpa4b65963yiv9692915348MsoNoSpacing">Being blind did not stop Richard from doing anything he set out to do.
