large number of them (8, to be exact) will be coming available between now and
the end of April. Your chances of getting one will depend on how much
competition you have, whether you file on the right date, and how lucky you are.

<STRONG>K9XE</STRONG> and <STRONG>K9OK</STRONG>, are listed as coming available
in April and May, but are marked in red on the AE7Q page to signify that the
calls are “canceled but not yet available.” This may indicate an administrative
snafu or other issue delaying the release of the calls. In any case, my best
advice is to keep checking the AE7Q site (and perhaps even contact the FCC) if
you’ve got your heart set on one of them. </FONT></DIV>
