This is a great chance to "get your feet wet" in contesting. The contest begins at 1500 UTC on Saturday, May 2, and runs through 0300 UTC on Sunday, May 3. This converts to May 2, 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, Eastern time.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Due to the current COVID-19 related restrictions that are in effect, and currently scheduled to start easing as of May 1, the organizing committee of the INQP has made some changes to the rules governing this year's INQP. Following is a summary of the changes:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><h2 style='background:red'><span style='color:white'>NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, the INQP 2020 rules have been modified to accommodate the Stay Home orders.<o:p></o:p></span></h2><p>A quick summary of changes implemented 18 April 2020:<o:p></o:p></p><p><b>The following changes apply to Indiana stations.</b><o:p></o:p></p><p>1. Mobile, Portable and Rover entry categories are disallowed.<br>2. The Multi-Single and Multi-Multi categories are allowed <u>only</u> with certain limitations.<br>3. Two new categories, Distributed Multi-Single (DMS) and Distributed Multi-Multi (DMM) are established for 2020. <o:p></o:p></p><p><b>Out of state (non-Indiana) stations:</b><o:p></o:p></p><p>1. Mobile, Portable and Rover entry categories are allowed, though INQP recommends that everyone follow the rulings and orders in your own area.<br>2.
