[IRCNews] Clarification

I need to try to ease some confusion.  Since I uploaded two lists of email
addresses for this list, with the first one being a mistake, most of you
received two welcome messages to this list.  If you read these messages,
there was a password toward the bottom of both of the messages.  Chances are
the passwords were different on each of the two messages, they are generated
automatically.  If you did receive two welcome messages from this mail list,
you can disregard the first message.
