Sorry, I will not participate because you chose to use a Google product. If you want to write your own survey document, I might reconsider. But I will not intentionally share any information with or through Google. Sorry.

> The Indianapolis Radio Club is looking for your input and feedback on ways we can help Elmer club members, especially new technician and general class members with "getting on the air" or taking a first step in exploring a new radio activity. We hope every club member submits a completed survey. Your experience and activities can enthuse new hams and encourage them to try a new area of our hobby.
> We will use your input for club meeting presentation topics, field event planning and special "Get on the Air" technical meetings (outside regular club meetings) if there is a large enough interest. This is your club. Please take a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire and include your own ideas and suggestions as well.
> If you have a question about the survey or a problem completing the survey please contact (Dave) at N1RF at arrl.net.
> There are 3 sections to the survey.
> Section 1: Rate your interest in learning more about a specific topic from 1 to 5: 1 being not interested and 5 being very much interested.
> Section 2: Tell us about yourself
> Section 3: Tell us your ideas on ham radio topics and activities for the club that we have not mentioned.
> Note: We are asking for your email address; this is to keep you informed on the survey results and data analysis. You will receive by email a copy of your responses. More important, you will receive a copy of the full survey analysis report. We will also present the report at a club membership meeting.
