[IRCNews] ARISS Aug 4 & 5

[David Spoelstra]

Here's a pic from today's ISS pass. The pass was at a low elevation so it
was noisy, but good enough for a certificate! Tomorrow's passes are at a
much higher elevation so should be much clearer pictures.
