[IRCNews] ROOM CHANGE FOR MARCH MEETING

All, Ivy Tech has moved our March meeting location to building NMC, Room
428.  This is the auditorium on the 4th floor of the building just across
Illinois Street from the building where we have been meeting recently.

Everything else will remain the same for this meeting.
