[IRCNews] The sun isn't helping us during our "vacation"

I assume the club is addressing the email to a group email address that
sends it to everyone's email address the is contained in the group.

Whoever controls the email account for the Club should be able to simply
change the "Reply to" address that is associated with the club's main email
account. It could be set to go back to only the original sender or a mailbox
for only club officers. That should alleviate the problem of replies going
to everyone on the email list.

With today's technology, there's got to be a way to OPT OUT of certain email
strings.
I'm not savy enough to figure it out or come up with the exact solution, but
OPTING OUT should be an option we can all accept. I, like others, would
rather not see everyone's responses to subjects I am not interested in.

Anyone know how to do that?

Only problem with that. is there is quite a large (and growing) portion of
the world that does not do any of the traditional social media channels.
Email is the only means for many of us. It always works.

way to do this chatting on a social media venue....e.g. club Facebook
account, etc? Can only speak for myself.....I rely on my email inbox almost
hourly for updates from the company because of the dynamic nature of things
today.
